haha, you got it. SO many of these spams talk about sandwiches. It's really weird! And none of them have anything to do with their title. they do all come with an attachment, however....probably it's some virus, or something that installs itself on your computer if you open it.
They often talk about companions too...a companion for the sandwich...a pickle maybe?
