Winter = Spring?
This is the other thing I had to say. Finally we have some real weather here in the Big Smoke. Winter has finally arrived, AFTER groundhog day. It has been the warmest summe...I mean winter in years, and at last there are decently low temps and snow on the ground. Bring on the snow, I say! Let there be skiing!
Speaking of Groundhog Day, although I don't believe a stupid yummy tasting groundhog can predict the weather, I do know that Bill Murray starred in a great movie about it, that was on TV the other day. Awesome flick. Totally unexpected. We calculated that he must have been living the same day for at least 4 or 5 years. (STOP READING NOW IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT!). Bill's character Phil killed himself innumerable times, and learned to play the piano professionally. He learned to be friendly and kind, and eventually managed to get the girl of his dreams...in ONE DAY! Way to go Phil!

how do you know the groundhog is yummy tasting??
I think a groundhog is yummy tasting because it seems similar to a guinea pig, and in Peru, roasted Guinea pigs are considered a delicacy. It is larger, and surely if properly raised it could be fat and juicy. If the Peruvians had groundhogs, I'm sure they would eat them instead of the guinea pigs. :-D
