Missing the open spaces
I realized today, first while looking at pictures of Toronto online, and then as I walked to and from the coffee shop, that I am sick of the city. So many of the photos that I looked at all seem so cluttered with human crap, that one in which there was something natural and untouched was a breath of fresh air, even something as simple as a field of freshly fallen snow. On the walk I felt surrounded by so many metallic and concrete things; everything around me was manufactured.
We are surrounded by so many artifical manmade objects. There are no real open spaces anywhere it seems. All I want to do right now is go somewhere quiet that has been either untouched by us, or at the very least is not something made in a factory.
