Spinning

Tonight I lead my first real spin class. I've been leading weekend classes, but those are just long boring ones where i just make the CD and tell people when to go hard and when to rest. Tonight I actually have to have a workout made! I think the music I chose is pretty good, and I hope the workout I made is fun. Here's the music I chose for it:
