Sigh of Relief

Finally! I have finally solved a stupid problem I was having with my work, and it was completely idiotic. It was a problem with input and output files getting confused with each other! ARGH. Now I have something that resembles a proper answer (even though the answer I get is still crap, but that's nothing to do with me, more the author of the work I'm basing this on).

Now I can rest in peace tonight. There's nothing worse than having computer code going through your head as you try to go to sleep.
